Can I change colors?
Yes! You can either use one of the three pre-built color palettes, or build your own custom color palette!
Can I change the fonts?
Winslow has 9 different font families built in, plus the option to add a custom heading font, subheading font, script font, and body font. If you choose to use your own custom fonts, you will need to convert your font files and upload them to your website files. (We provide detailed instructions, or can do this for you as an add-on.)
Is there any coding involved?
Nope! You can use this template without touching a bit of code. (If you work one-on-one with us or get into advanced customization methods, we may recommend you copy & paste in a small tidbit of code – however, this is not necessary.)
Do I need Photoshop or Canva?
Nope! There are no graphics to edit: you’ll do all your building right in the WordPress editor.
Is this mobile friendly? Do I have to maintain and build a separate mobile version of my pages?
Yes, this template is mobile responsive. No, you do not have to build separate mobile pages — each page will adjust for mobile devices automatically. To view what the website looks like on mobile, you can preview it from your device.
What are the requirements for using this theme?
You’ll need a self-hosted WordPress website. We recommend using version WordPress 6.1+.
What will I get with this purchase?
You’ll receive the Oak Creek theme files in a .zip folder. You’ll also receive updates for the lifetime of the product.
How do I perform theme updates?
As we update the theme, you’ll receive a notification in your WordPress dashboard that there is a new version available. You’ll click a button to update the theme and the newest version will be installed within a few seconds!
